Tyler Shields // 90DV
Tyler has built cyber security startups for over 25 years most recently as first executive hire at both JupiterOne and Signal Sciences (acquired by Fastly). Tyler has contributed to the growth of multiple startups including @Stake (acquired by Symantec), Veracode (PE exit), Symantec, CA Technologies, and Sonatype (PE exit).
Tyler is a former Forrester analyst, co-host of the Enterprise Security Weekly podcast, and is Faculty at IANS Research.
Following the successful exit of Signal Sciences to Fastly in 2020, Tyler decided to pursue his passion for building companies by launching 90 Degree Ventures. 90DV is designed to be hands on providing expertise to early stage startups in advisory, fractional executive as well as investment models.
90DV is active in building and investing in the most disruptive cyber, infrastructure, and app development companies in world.
